This website is operated by Neuaura (Neuaura Limited). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Neuaura. By accessing or using our website, purchasing something from us, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced or linked herein.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

All our products and plans, unless otherwise stated, are recurring subscription orders. Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency selected at checkout and charges are applied to your saved payment method. You may cancel your subscription via your customer portal or by contacting support at customerservice@neuaura.co during business hours.

Free trial offers require a minimum of two shipments (one being the initial free trial and the second a paid order) before cancellation. Terms for the free trial commitment are displayed during the purchase process and agreed to upon order submission.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

SECTION 18 – STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To cancel, contact us at customerservice@neuaura.co. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

SECTION 19 – REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

• Refunds within 14 days: Eligible under statutory rights.

• Refunds under our 90-Day Guarantee (see Section 20).

• Returns (if required): We will provide instructions if a return is necessary.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

SECTION 20 – 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you're eligible for a refund within 90 days of the original order date.

Eligibility:

• Applies to your first purchase of any Neuaura product.

• Must contact us within 90 days of the order.

• We may request feedback or usage details.

To claim, email customerservice@neuaura.co with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

SECTION 21 – SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWALS

Subscriptions automatically renew based on the frequency selected at checkout. Charges will be applied to your saved payment method unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your customer portal or by contacting customerservice@neuaura.co during business hours.

Statutory cancellation rights apply (see Section 18).
