We offer next day DPD delivery with all orders for mainland UK postcode and offer free delivery for those over £50.
Orders placed by 2pm will be sent the same day and those after 2pm will be sent out the following working day.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee which means when you order your first single product with us and you decide you do not like the product or that its not working for you, we are happy to issue you a full refund within the first 30 days from the day you made the initial purchase.
Our money back guarantee is only valid for orders with a UK postcode and only applies to a single product order.
We are unable to offer our 30 day money back guarantee on international orders.
Bundles do not qualify for our 30-day money back guarantee policy – you can only return a single item.
Please note our refund policy does not cover any refund shipping costs.

We are extremely confident that you will love your products as much as us, but if any reason you disagree you can return your order to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it meets our refund standards.
All returns must be unused with all seals still attached and in the full packaging. If an item has been used/open we cannot accept a return on your item and a refund will not be granted.
Please note we do not cover any refund shipping costs.
We are sorry but we currently do not accept returns from NON UK shipments.
