This is one of the easiest ways to get back to feeling like yourself and drop the Christmas weight without exhausting yourself.

Step 1: Walk 4-5 Times Per Week (You Don't Have To Walk Every Day)

This isn't about pushing yourself to exhaustion or hitting impossible targets.


It's about consistency and building a simple habit that fits into your life.


Aim for 20-30 minutes of continuous walking each session.


This means one unbroken walk, not bits and pieces throughout the day.


Continuous movement is where the magic happens for your metabolism, your mood, and your energy levels.


Your daily step goal is 5,000-7,000 steps total. This includes your walking session plus any other movement you do during the day.


Don't worry if you miss a day. Life happens. Just pick back up on your next scheduled walk. Progress over perfection.

Step 2: Track Your Steps Using Your Phone's Health App

After each walking session, take a screenshot of your step count and post it in our private Facebook group.


How to take a screenshot:


  • iPhone: Press the side button and volume up button at the same time


  • Android: Press the power button and volume down button at the same time


What to post: Simply share your screenshot.


You can add a few words about how you're feeling, where you walked, or just drop the image, whatever feels right for you.


Why post? Every screenshot you post is an entry for the special prizes. But more importantly, posting keeps you accountable.
